3. Meta Platform Compliance

As our Service integrates directly with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs, you agree to strictly comply with all of Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Specifically, you agree:

• Not to use the Service to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or unauthorized advertisements.
• To ensure your automated replies are helpful, relevant, and do not deceive end-users.
• Not to use the Service to facilitate or encourage any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
• That any violation of Meta's terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your Shohoj Moderator account without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or via pre-paid "AI Credits". Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. AI Credit consumption varies based on the type of media processed (e.g., standard text vs. images/audio).

5. Limitation of Liability

Shohoj Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
