4. AI and Data Processing

As part of the Shohoj Solution Moderator platform, we process incoming messages on behalf of your Facebook Page and WhatsApp Business accounts. This data is temporarily processed by our Orchestration Engine (and partner LLMs like OpenRouter/Meta Llama) strictly for the purpose of generating automated replies. We do not permanently use your customers' conversation history for broader model training.

5. Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to delete your activities or data associated with the Shohoj Moderator app, you can do so by removing the app from your Facebook settings:

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
2. Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
3. Search for Shohoj Moderator and click Remove.
4. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities. A request will automatically be sent to our servers to securely delete your data.

Alternatively, you may contact our support email directly to request manual deletion of all associated data.
